All online orders must be placed using PayPal (you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account).


All orders within Australia will be shipped using Australia Post with tracking.

Returns & Refunds

Returns for refund and/or exchanges are possible for frames ONLY within 30 days from date of purchase (postage costs cannot be refunded). Lenses cannot be returned as they are custom made according to your child's prescription. Refunds will only be offered on lenses where the product has been incorrectly manufactured or is deemed faulty.


To request a refund, kindly email us at requesting a cancellation, return, refund or exchange and we will email you all details and further instructions.


The product must be returned in its original case and packaging and include any accessories that came with the purchase together with the original invoice.


Returns will be accepted if the frames are unworn and in perfect condition.

All items returned are at the sender’s own risk. Please ensure you select a safe, trackable delivery service. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the sender until received by us. 


Refunds, where applicable will be made within 7 days of receipt of returned goods back onto the same card and/or method used in the initial payment.


We will only refund postage costs in cases where the eyewear we sent you was incorrect, damaged or faulty.

Measuring your child's PD

Frame Adjustments

To adjust the frame on the child's face, we recommend:

  1. Warm the hinge area

  2. Close one temple as if putting the frame in case to define hinges

  3. Keep temple closed for a few seconds

  4. Cool hinge with water

  5. Repeat process with the other temple

  6. To reduce the length of the temple, bend the temple while warm. The temple is designed to bend to your needs.

  7. Make sure the temple is cool before placing frame on child.

  8. Clean lenses with a soft lens cleaners (i.e microfibre). Clean frame with warm soapy water.
